As Head of IT & Digitalization, you take overall responsibility for the IT strategy, architecture, and infrastructure of our corporate group.
You ensure a stable, secure, and modern IT operation – making digitalization tangible across all locations.

What you can achieve
- Overall responsibility for the group-wide IT strategy, architecture, and infrastructure
- Advising management on strategic IT and digitalization issues
- Leading, developing, and empowering the IT team (5 employees)
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT operation (Run) as well as initiating and managing IT and digitalization projects (Change)
- Building modern IT and innovation architectures (Cloud, API-first, DevOps)
- Further developing data governance, IT security, and software validation in regulated environments (Medtech/Industry)
- Promoting AI and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and support decision-making
- Building data-driven decision structures and reporting systems
- Close collaboration with all business areas – acting as a bridge builder between business and IT and enabler of various stakeholders
- Responsibility for budget, IT risk management, data protection, and information security (ISMS)
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, or business administration at HF or FH level
- Several years of experience in a comparable, leading IT role – ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of modern business processes, ERP systems (preferably D365), and IT security
- Experience in project management, change management, and complex system landscapes
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., in the Medtech environment)
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset with a strong cost-benefit awareness based on solid business knowledge
- Great enthusiasm for digitalization, AI, and modern technologies
- Communicative, team-oriented leadership personality with a doer mentality: You lead with clarity, trust, and curiosity
- Very good German and good English skills
