About the job

You, as an apprentice, are at the centre with us. We invest a lot in your training and accompany you intensively on your journey:

📚 Fixed office days for your tasks, planning and reflection

👩🏫 1:1 guidance by experienced trainers

🎯 Intensive preparation for the practical exam (VPA)

🚀 Opportunity to complete the BMS in parallel

💬 Regular discussions and clear structures

We are a modern, warm-hearted nursery in Zurich with two groups and a strong team spirit. The children are just as much at the centre as the staff.

We work professionally, in a structured way and with a lot of heart. You will be involved in everyday life from the start, take on responsibility and may develop step by step.
