From January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a:

Commercial Clerk 70% for our advisory centre in Glarus

Your tasks

• Operating the telephone switchboard and visitor reception according to the duty roster
• Personal and telephone contact with clients, member of the telephone team
• Delegated social counselling
• Administrative responsibility and processing for various services
• General administrative tasks Presence desired Monday to Thursday during reception hours (8.30 am to 11.30 am and 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training profile E/M
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Confident German language skills, spoken and written
• Strong IT understanding at user level
• Structured and careful working method
• Service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in contact with clients
