Your tasks with the new employer:

• Support the residential group leader and take responsibility for the professional and organisational management of the residential group in their absence
• Ensure individual, professional care and support and actively help shape and further develop care quality
• Competently accompany trainees through their training, promote them and impart your expertise in a practical manner
• You actively shape everyday life in the residential group and act as a competent contact person for employees, relatives and interdisciplinary professionals

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or as a specialist in long-term care and support
• Experience in long-term care and ideally some initial leadership experience provide a good foundation for this responsible role
• You enjoy supporting and promoting trainees and are characterised by an independent, structured and reliable way of working
• With your high social competence, organisational skills and appreciative manner, you contribute to good collaboration within the team and with relatives
