For our client, an internationally active company in Rotkreuz, Zug, we are looking for you as a receptionist (80%, m/f, temporary)
Job DescriptionFor the Rotkreuz location, the client is seeking a committed receptionist who professionally and courteously represents the reception area. In the Workplace Experience area, the position takes on a variety of tasks around reception, switchboard, mail management, as well as safety and evacuation processes. We are looking for an organised, discreet and flexible personality with good language skills in German, French and English as well as initial experience in a similar role.
- Reception & Front Desk: Welcome visitors, manage the switchboard and be responsible for mail handling
- Safety & Technology: Master and apply fire protection, evacuation and alarm system procedures
- Administration: Manage access badges, parking spaces, office supplies and statistics
- Organisation: Independently coordinate decoration, holiday planning and service provider coordination
- Commercial basic training desirable
- Alternatively, other training + professional experience in a large company at reception/front desk
- First successful experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent spoken and written French, German and English
- Organisational talent, discretion, flexibility and strong team spirit
