At the heart of the economy – and you right in the middle! At the Commercial Register Office of the Canton of Zurich, around 80 employees handle over 70,000 business cases every year. We are the central point of contact for all company registrations in the Canton of Zurich and thus make a decisive contribution to transparency and legal certainty in economic transactions.

These tasks await you

• You check commercial register applications and documents for legal compliance and completeness, including documents on company formations, amendments to articles of association, transfers of shares, capital changes, personnel changes, and other types of transactions.
• You verify company names and review drafts of registration documents.
• You provide expert advice to our customers as well as to consulting firms in the area of commercial register entries.
• You conduct official registration procedures and draft transfers and orders in this context.
• You prepare commercial register applications as well as registration and rejection orders.

You suit us if

• you have a "CAS Paralegal" or an equivalent qualification
• you can demonstrate at least one year of professional experience in a legal environment
• you are interested in corporate and commercial law issues
• you have a high level of commitment and resilience
• you have a quick grasp and enjoy working in an organised, independent, and precise manner
• you like to contribute to the team and are straightforward
