Your Tasks

• You can specifically contribute your expertise and experience and actively support us in improving the processes on the ward
• You contribute to ensuring that collaboration within the team is conducted on an equal footing, constructively and interprofessionally
• You assist in implementing our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising the patients and thus to a better quality of life
• You provide professional advice and coaching to the nursing staff in the nursing treatment process
• You lead nursing case discussions within the team
• You actively participate in the implementation and further development of the ward concept

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• You can demonstrate at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably on a therapy ward or a comparable area
• You think goal- and people-oriented
• You are resilient and appreciate the challenges on an acute psychiatric ward
• You ensure, in close cooperation with the ward management, patient-, evidence- and outcome-oriented care – especially in challenging situations
• You take responsibility for ensuring and promoting the quality of care on the ward
