Purchasing and Production Planning Clerk (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for material procurement and administrative support of production. You coordinate internal processes and take on tasks in production planning and order scheduling.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate material orders and monitor the availability of required components
Creation and updating of production documentation in the ERP system
You monitor the progress of ongoing production orders and external deliveries
Support in cost calculation and economic evaluation of procurement processes
You maintain technical article data and manage production-relevant information
Coordination of delivery dates with internal departments and external partners
You contribute to the optimisation of existing procurement and production processes
Qualifications:
You have a technical basic education with further training as a technical merchant or process specialist
Experience in operational purchasing, production planning, or production administration
You bring knowledge from mechanical or plant engineering
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
You work independently, in a structured manner, and have good organisational understanding
