Property Manager 80 - 100 %

In this varied role, you will independently and responsibly manage the portfolio of rental properties and condominium communities assigned to you.

Your main tasks include:

• direct support of tenants and owners
• negotiations with craftsmen and authorities
• completion and coordination of all tasks arising in property management from A to Z

 What you bring with you:

• completed commercial basic training, preferably in the real estate sector
• federal certificate of competence as a property manager is an advantage
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in property management
• very good German skills, spoken and written
• high customer orientation, resilience and sense of responsibility
• team spirit and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
• driving licence category B and own car
