Completed vocational training, as well as several years of professional experience in the same position in 5* hospitality
A responsible, precise, proactive and committed personality
Professional manners in German and/or English are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
Well-groomed appearance and physical resilience
A very high quality awareness, very polite manners and service mindset
📄 YOUR TASKS
Support of chambermaids in cleaning rooms, floors, public areas and back of house areas according to required standards and cleaning plan
Refilling minibars, floor offices and handling dirty and clean laundry
Snow removal on terraces & balconies
Waste disposal and recycling
Responsible for discreet, reserved & attentive 5* service according to LHW, Forbes, FHR and house standards
