Your Job

You take end-to-end responsibility for assigned software solutions in your Scrum Product Team and make key product decisions within your area of responsibility

You further develop the product strategy and derive a clear roadmap with comprehensible priorities

You manage the entire product lifecycle, maintain the Product Backlog and ensure actionable, clean requirements

You work closely with developers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and commitment

You recognise market, customer and technology trends early and bring new impulses into product development, including around web technologies, digital solutions and AI

You promote an agile, focused and user-centred collaboration within the team and beyond

Furthermore

You do not only shape individual requirements but actively influence the direction of relevant software solutions

You contribute to overarching product topics and the further development of the portfolio

You operate in a modern environment with short distances, direct exchange and high personal responsibility

Your Profile

You bring several years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner in software product development, ideally from a software company environment

You have already been responsible for a product or a comparable solution area and are familiar with close collaboration with software developers in practice

You are familiar with agile methods, especially Scrum, and are confident in dealing with different stakeholders

You have a good understanding of modern technologies and a strong affinity for digitalisation, product optimisation and current developments around web and AI

Experience in SaaS, ERP or payroll environments is a plus

Higher education/training in business informatics or business administration

Very good German skills as well as good English skills are required
