Tasks that come up as a calculator for kitchens
As a calculator or clerk for kitchen calculation, you are an important interface in the sales process. In close cooperation with the sales team, you create convincing and competitive offers for our projects in the object market. Specifically, this means:
- You create plans and offers with the planning software Winner
- Order confirmations and kitchen plans are created, cleaned up, and prepared for execution by you; additionally, the appropriate installation plans are derived from these
- You check the basic feasibility of projects together with internal departments and external partner companies
- You calculate variants and options including the corresponding additional or reduced prices
- You obtain offers for commercial goods such as stone countertops or electrical appliances from our partner companies and maintain professional exchanges with the contact persons
- You prepare complete sales documents for the sales team as well as for customers
- In addition, you maintain diverse contacts with suppliers and customers and obtain relevant information directly
Ideally, you bring the following skills
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ or a comparable education
- Ideally, you have completed commercial training (commercial school, office diploma, or comparable), which facilitates your entry with us
- You use MS Office and ideally have knowledge of Winner or other planning software
- You are good with numbers, calculations are easy for you, and you can communicate confidently in German
- You are independent and can also help yourself with improvisation
- Experience already gained in the kitchen area or enthusiasm for it makes our hearts beat faster
We are open to a wide range of applicants. Have you already gained initial experience as a carpenter but now want an office job? Tired of construction sites and assembly work because your back no longer cooperates or your health is otherwise strained? Long exposed to the stressful everyday life as a project manager with many stakeholders and now prefer the somewhat quieter, more manageable work? Want to do something after retirement? We will introduce you to your activity during your induction. With the necessary motivation and understanding of the subject matter (that is why we mainly look for trained carpenters), you will soon be able to calculate large kitchen projects completely independently and be an important part of our great team in Tagelswangen. Who knows, as a calculator, you will learn the basics of the kitchen object market, a good foundation for further exciting activities with us or in the industry in general.
