Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You capture the user requirements through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- You develop tailored solution approaches and align individual solutions with the needs of the users.
- You work on sustainable software changes in the individual output system, directly in cooperation with the specialist departments.
- You inspire employees outside of IT with innovative solutions, which increases employee motivation.
- You actively contribute to the further development of the IT platform in exciting and innovative projects.
- You quickly take on responsibility for defined areas and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- You bring solid knowledge from your IT education (ideally with a degree).
- You have several years of experience in requirements engineering in specific IT areas.
- You are familiar with an output management system (preferably DocFamily) and document development.
- You have worked with XML, JSON, XSLT, XSL-FO, XPath, and SQL.
- You can demonstrate experience in programming with JAVA, PHP, or Powershell.
- Project management and concepts of agile software development are familiar to you.
- You are proficient in German both spoken and written.
