This role is key in a phase of change where the challenges are clear: improve processes, strengthen operational efficiency, modernize our service approach, and sustainably increase service revenue.
Your mission:
Reporting to the Management, you take responsibility for all after-sales Service activities and lead their development throughout the entire lifecycle of our equipment.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
manage and develop the technical support and spare parts teams, in close collaboration with engineering, commissioning, and project managers
improve the service organization to gain speed, reliability, and efficiency
implement more structured and digital approaches, with a strong focus on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
develop high value-added service offers to grow service turnover and profitability
enhance customer satisfaction through quick, relevant, and solution-oriented responses
monitor key performance indicators and turn data into concrete actions
support the evolution of the service towards more proactive models, including for example remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and equipment modernization.
Your profile:
We are primarily looking for a transformation manager, capable of combining strategic vision and operational execution with proven experience in industrial service / automation / special machines. You bring:
solid experience in service management, after-sales, or technical support in a complex industrial environment
proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
a real ability to rethink processes, simplify the existing, and professionalize the organization
a strong business orientation, with the will to make service a growth driver
a strong sense of customer, results, and priorities
ease in dynamic, demanding, and international environments
perfect command of French and English.
