R&D Synthesis Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)

As a company with a production site in Dottikon in the canton of Aargau, we specialise in safety-critical reactions and position ourselves as a strategic development and production partner.

Your responsibilities

• Independent execution of synthetic work for the development and optimisation of processes
• Support in carrying out small-scale productions and pilot runs
• Conducting the corresponding analytical work (HPLC, GC)
• Documentation of work in the form of weekly reports and interim reports as well as experimental results
• Support in the training of our apprentices

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a laboratory technician EFZ, chemical-technical assistant (CTA), or similar
• Professional experience in preparative organic synthesis is an advantage
• Team spirit, flexibility, initiative, as well as precise and independent working style
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment in training apprentices
