We are looking for a motivated and meticulous intern to support the Head of Pension Solutions & Financial Planning. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, pension solutions, and client relationship management within a private banking environment. You will benefit from direct exposure to high value-added activities and a private clientele, as well as practical training in financial planning and pension solutions, within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance
• Control of account opening files and associated documentation
• Verification of completeness and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Support in financial planning
• Participation in internal financial planning training
• Assistance in preparing analyses and recommendations
• Client exposure
• Participation in client meetings (preparation, note-taking, follow-up)
• Contribution to the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
• Marketing & Communication
• Support in writing articles and content related to the promotion of pension and investment products
• Participation in the preparation of communication materials
• Operational and analytical support
• Data analysis and reporting (Excel)
• Contribution to the improvement of tools and processes, notably through the use of artificial intelligence tools

Profile sought

• Education
• Studies in finance, investment, pensions or business law
• A legal profile (lawyer / business law) is an asset
• Skills
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Meticulousness in handling documentation
• Very good command of IT tools, especially Excel
• Interest in digital tools and artificial intelligence
• Excellent writing skills
• Team spirit, proactivity
• Strong interest in financial planning, pensions and private banking
• Proactive mindset, autonomy and willingness to learn
• Languages: fluent French and English
