For our client, an established Swiss company in the production environment, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner 80 - 100% immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will comprehensively support various company departments and combine operational HR day-to-day business with strategic issues. You will have plenty of scope for design and can actively help shape the further development and digitalisation of human resources. The workplace in the Seeland region is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will accompany managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and provide competent advice on operational as well as strategic HR issues
• You will independently be responsible for the complete recruitment process and at the same time contribute to the further development of an attractive employer positioning
• You will analyse and optimise existing HR processes and jointly drive their harmonisation, standardisation and digitalisation together with the team
• You will actively participate in personnel planning, organisational development and strategic HR topics, create meaningful analyses and derive appropriate measures from them

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function; experience in a production or industrial environment is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as confident MS Office user skills complete your profile; additional languages and experience with Abacus or comparable HR systems are an advantage
• You are characterised by a proactive, flexible and service-oriented personality with pronounced people skills, analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial way of working
