Your tasks
- You initiate, accompany and shape studies, competition procedures and project planning for sites as well as individual properties
- You manage the entire development, planning and approval process with foresight and responsibility
- You take on project and/or sub-project management roles as the owner’s representative
- You prepare tenders for planning services, accompany these and contribute to the procurement of tender and contractor services
- You develop well-founded location, market and property analyses, feasibility studies, property strategies, profitability calculations as well as usage concepts including interim uses
- You participate in selected rezoning, neighbourhood and design planning procedures and actively accompany them
- You lead external service providers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders – especially authorities
- You take on tasks in public relations and are the contact person for media and the public
Your profile
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture, civil engineering or economics – ideally with education in Switzerland
- You bring good knowledge of Swiss construction and real estate law as well as business management contexts; further training is an advantage
- You have around 5 to 8 years of practical project management experience in the preliminary study and project planning phases
- You are passionate about real estate, its development and the needs of future user groups
- You think analytically and conceptually strong and quickly recognise connections
- You work confidently with MS Office; additional knowledge of specialised software is welcome
- You are a dynamic personality with entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and resilience
- You organise yourself well, communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders
- You communicate fluently in German; good French or English skills are a plus
