Your Tasks
- Contact person (m/f/d) for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters
- Independent management of the entire employee life cycle – from entry to exit
- Control and implementation of HR projects for digitization and process optimization
- Support in the preparation of personnel reports, evaluations, and HR statistics
- Active participation in shaping modern HR work in the hospital
Your Profile
- Completed university degree with a focus on personnel / human resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Sound knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining law
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, service orientation, and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills as well as resilience and structured working
