Your Tasks

• Your focus is on inpatient care and you take on the professional leadership of the interdisciplinary team in a partnership dual leadership with the nursing ward management in Wil.
• You ensure therapeutic and medical care together with assistant physicians and psychologists.
• You accompany and support the assigned assistant physicians and assistant psychologists through structured training and regular supervision.
• Together with the senior physician team and nursing management, you continuously develop concepts and the orientation of the ward.

Your Profile

• You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or are close to completing your specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• You must have a valid professional practice licence (BAB) from the canton of St. Gallen or be willing to obtain it before starting the position.
• You appreciate inpatient work with mentally ill patients and close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team on an equal footing. A recovery-oriented attitude is not just theory for you but lived practice.
• Flexibility, team spirit, communication skills and continuous development are among your strengths.
• Independent working, taking responsibility and making confident decisions are natural for you.
• For this position, German language skills at C1 level are required to communicate professionally with patients, colleagues and external partners.
