YOUR TASKS

Focus on Guest Relations

• Personal care and ensuring the well-being of our supplementary insured patients in close cooperation with nursing and hospitality
• Care of our international and VIP patients as well as ensuring a smooth stay
• Reception, processing and coordination of patient feedback, concerns and requests including documentation in the CRM
• Organisation and conduct of clinic tours as well as support in special situations (such as damage, loss and theft reports) and with demanding concerns
• Warm welcome of patients, guests and visitors as well as receiving and forwarding all incoming calls
• Administrative processing upon patient admission, receipt of payments for upgrades and advance payments

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a hotel specialist or in the commercial field as well as several years of professional experience in classic hospitality
• Experience in customer service, complaint management and/or administrative area is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Strong service and communication skills as well as a representative and confident appearance
