To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced individual as Production Manager 100% (m/f/d) at our location in Liechtenstein.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of magnetic tape production and leadership of a team of 10–12 employees
• Planning and control of production orders and capacities
• Ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality production
• Continuous optimisation of production processes and introduction of new technologies

Your Profile

• Technical training and at least 5 years of experience in industrial production
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
• Experience in production planning, process optimisation, and KPI management
• Structured, solution-oriented, and assertive personality
• Very good German skills and good English skills
