About us

ISOTAB GmbH is an owner-managed Swiss family business. For over 25 years, we have been developing and producing high-quality thermal insulation elements and solutions for façades and external thermal insulation composite systems.

Our products are mainly used in the construction and façade sector. Accordingly, our production is practice-oriented, craft-based, and closely linked to the requirements of our customers and their construction sites.

To lead and further develop our production, we are looking for an experienced, down-to-earth, and assertive personality with practical experience in the construction industry.

With us, you will not have a purely office-based role: you will be directly involved in production, lead your team personally, and ensure that orders are manufactured efficiently, on time, and to the required quality. You must understand how our products are used and what requirements this entails for production.

As part of a thorough handover, you will work closely with our long-standing production manager and be comprehensively trained in our products, procedures, and processes.

Your tasks

• Leadership, deployment planning, and coordination of a production team of around 9 employees
• Planning, prioritisation, and monitoring of ongoing production orders
• Ensuring quality, productivity, and delivery deadlines
• Coordination of standard orders and customer-specific special productions
• Active participation and support in production when needed
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and problems in day-to-day operations
• Continuous improvement of workflows, organisation, and production processes
• Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and occupational safety

Your profile

For this position, we are seeking an experienced leader with experience in the construction industry and a strong practical understanding of production.

• Several years of professional experience in production, manufacturing, construction, or a similar environment
• Experience in leading and organising employees
• Good understanding of the requirements and processes in the construction industry and their implementation in production
• Experience in production planning and work organisation
• Strong technical and practical understanding
• Enjoyment of a hands-on role and active participation in day-to-day operations
• High commitment and flexibility during the peak season
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Clear leadership, assertiveness, and respectful interaction with employees
• Good knowledge of German

A degree is not required for this position. Practical experience, leadership skills, and the ability to reliably organise production are decisive.
