HR Generalist (m/f) (60 - 80%)

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the entire HR life cycle and drive the HR department forward.

This is where your full potential comes into play

• Administration throughout the entire HR life cycle for employees at several locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland

• Consultation and support of line management in all personnel-related matters

• Design and implementation of the recruitment process in collaboration with line managers

• Handling of labour law cases

• Preparation and preliminary recording of payroll runs, interface to payroll accounting

• Responsibility for all social and personal insurances

• Budget control and group reporting in the HR area

• Co-designing and advancing HR through digitalisation and processes

This is what sets you apart

• Completed commercial training

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a trading company

• HR further education with a federal specialist certificate

• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage

• Strong digital affinity

• A hands-on mentality, precise working style, and trustworthiness complete your profile
