For our client, we are looking by arrangement for a temporary assignment for a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist in Shift Work (100%, m/f)
Job Description- Operator activities such as plant changeovers etc. on site at the plants
- Operating the plants from PLS, as well as on site as needed
- Monitoring and controlling production processes
- Filling and unloading activities with mask or full protection in the zone
- Special sample runs (e.g. water, powder, educts etc.) and performing in-process controls (IPC)
- Checking, providing and feeding raw and active materials for the production processes
- Documenting deviations and performing all activities according to GMP
- Cleaning and configuring production rooms, plants (parts) and their surroundings
- Assisting with troubleshooting (First Level Checks)
- Assisting in maintenance and repair of machines while complying with safety and hygiene regulations and all product-relevant requirements (ISO, SHE)
- Cross-shift communication and maintaining the electronic shift log for optimal shift handover
- Immediate reporting of quality and SHE incidents as well as near misses
- Training as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ, chemical technician or e.g. chemical production specialist
- Ability to work reliably and independently within a team
- Manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in protective clothing
- Good German spoken and written
- Physically fit and resilient due to unloading activities in full protection
