We are looking immediately for a committed and motivated person as:

Customer Advisor (m/f/d) Food and Beverage Industry - Western Switzerland

Your tasks:

• Active selling of the product range and the associated service package in the food industry sector
• Optimal, sales-oriented and professional support of the assigned sales area and the corresponding customers
• Development or assistance in the development of customer-specific problem solutions
• Identification of concepts to generate savings potential up to implementation
• Acquisition of new customers / expansion with existing customers (entire range)
• Good networking in the food industry
• Achievement of the defined sales targets taking into account the qualitative objectives of the company
• Monitoring of business-influencing events in the sales area

Your experience:

• Completed training as a dairy technologist, brewmaster, or comparable (food industry, chemical sector)
• Several years of experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of common QM systems (ISO, HACCP, IFS, BRC, ...)
• Strong chemical/technical understanding
• Sales experience in the food industry
• Fluent French and German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Very good knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel, good handling of SAP is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Communicative personality with structured working method and organisational talent
