Permanent contract at 60%, complemented by a fixed-term contract at 40% (6 months)

The mission of the Delafontaine Foundation is to promote the well-being of the people it welcomes and supports and to ensure the social participation of each worker. The workshops in the social & professional sector welcome adults aged 18 to 65 with disabilities, presenting an intellectual disability with, for some, additional disorders, notably psychological and/or physical. They offer the possibility to train in various trades, in order to enhance their professional skills, thus contributing to their inclusion in the organization and society.
WITH US
- In partnership with Migros Vaud, you will manage and coordinate various tasks and activities of a twelve-place workshop integrated in a company, some positions of which are located in the Migros central.
- You will develop and offer socio-professional services.
- You will ensure an adapted environment.
- You will design production or service activities that add value.
- You will align your mandate with the Foundation's strategic direction.
YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR
- Designing socio-professional projects.
- Ensuring the social participation of workers.
- Managing a workshop integrated in a company at Migros.
- Being involved in the sector's activities and the partnership with the network.
YOUR PROFILE
- MSP diploma
- CAS in socio-professional integration, an asset
- Sense of responsibility and daily autonomy
- Great adaptability and structuring ability
- Skills in transmission and ease in contacts
- Experience in the field of disability and more particularly intellectual disability
