Special Authorised Legal Management (m/f/d)

You negotiate on equal terms with owners, authorities and partners and find pragmatic solutions in the tension between infrastructure projects and property rights? Then we are looking for you!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and renewal of easements such as transit rights and building servitudes as well as usage and clearance permits

• Negotiations with landowners, forestry authorities, authorities and partners - always seeking a win-win solution

• Handling of legal acquisition and legal renewal projects according to internal processes

• Determination of compensation, conducting damage assessments and record keeping

• Preparation of documents for planning, approval and expropriation procedures

Profile & Requirements:

• Degree in agriculture/forestry, real estate or a comparable field with several years of practical experience

• No legal degree necessary, but enthusiasm for challenges

• Agricultural background advantageous

• Project management experience and affinity for technical infrastructures

• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP

• Communicative, team-oriented and strong in negotiations

• Structured, process-oriented working with a sense of responsibility

• Very good German skills, ideally Swiss German, other national languages welcome
