Tasks

• You actively shape nursing processes and continuously develop them
• Work together with interdisciplinary professionals to develop solutions for patients
• Professional and needs-oriented nursing and care
• You lead, promote and support your employees in their daily work
• You conduct nursing discussions, reports and case conferences with appreciation, empathy and solution orientation
• Responsibility for the quality of nursing

Profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, rehabilitation is an advantage
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment of patient-oriented, independent and responsible working methods
• High social competence and the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
