Tasks
- You actively shape nursing processes and continuously develop them
- Work together with interdisciplinary professionals to develop solutions for patients
- Professional and needs-oriented nursing and care
- You lead, promote and support your employees in their daily work
- You conduct nursing discussions, reports and case conferences with appreciation, empathy and solution orientation
- Responsibility for the quality of nursing
Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, rehabilitation is an advantage
- Leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment of patient-oriented, independent and responsible working methods
- High social competence and the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
