Your profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognition
- Experience in psychiatry
- First leadership experience or desire to take the next career step
- Humour, empathy and a healthy dose of pragmatism
- The ability to manage people, processes and sometimes spontaneous surprises simultaneously
