What awaits you Case management in Care Management (clarification and implementation of client requests with insured persons) Mediation in case of workplace conflicts Support for integration Advice to employers and employees in case of illness/accident throughout French-speaking Switzerland Negotiations and coordination with service providers, legal representatives, authorities, official services, social and private insurers, as well as other stakeholders Clarification of complex situations in the field of accident and illness, including on-site discussion and documentation of conclusions. What you bring Several years of experience in the field of personal insurance claims Federal diploma in private or social insurance, or similar training Perfect command of French (including writing); good knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage Comfortable in human contacts, independent and results-oriented Confident, skilled in negotiations and able to assert yourself What we offer We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
