The ArboPark in Arbon is the largest indoor leisure park in Switzerland with over 6,000 m². Our visitors experience action, fun and unforgettable moments. To make every visit a special experience, we are looking for a committed person who enjoys direct guest contact and a varied working day.

In this versatile position, you will work directly in the leisure park and look after our guests in various areas. A focus of your work will be in the karting area, where you will look after our guests and ensure a safe and smooth operation. At the same time, you will be flexibly deployed in the GameSupport and gastro areas, advise our guests on our offers and support sales on site.

Your tasks

• Main deployment in the karting area
• Supervision, instruction and support of our guests during karting
• Active care and support of our guests throughout the leisure park
• Deployments in the various areas of ArboPark, especially karting, GameSupport and gastro
• Looking after our guests at our games, attractions as well as driving and action offers
• Active advice and sale of our tickets and offers on site
• Collaboration in the gastro area and care of our guests
• Flexible support where support is needed during ongoing operations
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and operational readiness in the respective areas
• Co-responsibility for a positive and unforgettable visitor experience

Your profile

• Enjoyment in dealing with people and active guest care
• Interest in karting, technology as well as driving and action attractions
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• Ideally experience in the leisure industry, gastronomy, customer service, sales or a comparable area
• Enjoyment in advising and active selling as well as a good sense of our guests’ needs
• Willingness to be flexibly deployed in the areas of GameSupport, karting and gastro
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Even with high visitor numbers, you keep an overview and work guest-oriented
• Good English skills are a great advantage
• Willingness to work during our opening hours as well as on weekends, during school holidays and on public holidays
• You are a true team player and support your colleagues wherever help is needed
