About the job
For our Technical Building Management department, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual as a Building Technician HVACS starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. You ensure that our technical building infrastructure operates reliably and efficiently, coordinate external specialist companies, and oversee maintenance, renovation, and modernisation measures. In doing so, you take on a versatile and independent role with responsibility for the trouble-free operation of our HVACS systems.Building Technician HVACS (m/f/d)

What you achieve with us
- Ensuring trouble-free operation of the technical building infrastructure in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sanitation (HVACS)
- Carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- Annual maintenance of ventilation systems in all LUKB branches
- Monitoring and optimisation of technical systems including documentation
- Coordination and supervision of external specialist companies
- Management of the CAFM system and ticket processing
- Support and monitoring of renovation and modernisation measures
- Participation in on-call duty within the technical on-call team
What you bring with you
- Completed technical basic training in the HVAC field or a comparable qualification in building technology
- Experience in technical building maintenance, as well as expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Further training in maintenance is an advantage
- Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to participate in periodic on-call duty
- Driving licence category B
- Residence within 30 minutes of Lucerne for on-call deployments
