For an internationally successful company in the field of high-quality stainless steel pools and exclusive wellness facilities, we are looking for a committed individual for the dispatch and coordination of installation teams at the Neuhausen am Rheinfall location.

In this versatile role, you coordinate the deployments of around 12 fitters in Switzerland, France and the Benelux countries, working closely with the installation management in Austria as well as the internal specialist departments.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of installation assignments and personnel deployment planning
• Administrative support and assistance for fitters during ongoing projects
• Coordination with installation management, project management, design and other internal departments
• Organisation of the required technical documents and project documentation
• Support with short-term changes and technical or organisational challenges on construction sites
• Control and follow-up of construction site documentation, construction diaries and quality issues
• Maintenance of current planning and project data as well as support with reporting
• Organisation and coordination of training for the installation teams

In short: you ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time and that all important information is available.

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Ideally several years of experience in one of the areas of dispatch, deployment planning, installation coordination, service dispatch, production planning or technical administration
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with fitters and project teams
• Very good organisational skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Good MS Office skills and openness to digital planning tools
• Confident communication in German and French
• Additional language skills, especially English, are an advantage

You do not have to come from the swimming pool or wellness sector. Much more important is that you have experience in reliably coordinating people, appointments and technical processes.
