Your missions
- Initiate, acquire and manage applied projects with external partners, notably with third-party funding
- Develop applied research activities, service provision and teaching in your field of expertise
- Strengthen the link between teaching, applied research and field needs in bachelor, master and continuing education programmes
- Contribute to the scientific quality, visibility and impact of the institute's activities
- Design and deliver practice-oriented teaching in bachelor, master and continuing education programmes
Desired profile
- Doctorate in a relevant field, notably in management of organisations, work psychology or change management
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing third-party funds
- Confirmed experience in applied research, project management and collaboration with external partners and higher education
- Expertise in one or more areas related to human dynamics at work and organisational development, such as organisational behaviour, innovation, human resources, occupational health, transformation or entrepreneurship
- Good knowledge of issues related to entrepreneurship, innovation and organisational development in varied contexts: companies, public, social or umbrella organisations
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily and contribute to the institute's collective activities
- Fluency in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language as well as English
