As part of succession planning, we are looking for an organizationally strong personality for the hub function at our training location in Otelfingen ZH, starting immediately or by arrangement – true to our motto "from practitioners for practitioners" –

Resource Planner and Instructor 100% (m/f/d)

Disposition of personnel, rooms, materials, and vehicles

as well as instruction in the field of adult education

Your area of activity:

• Creation and ongoing management of the annual course planning
• Weekly deployment planning including order monitoring and coordination with the instructors
• Professional leadership and appropriate briefing of the instructors
• Vacation and absence planning for all instructors
• Management of course materials, course and training rooms, as well as pool vehicles
• Support in the recruitment process of instructors
• Project management of external training places
• Conducting courses depending on demand and capacity

Your profile:

You can demonstrate experience both in disposition (personnel deployment planning) and solid practical experience in the logistics or transport industry. Your acquired basic skills in adult education are advantageous for implementation during the introductory phase. Therefore, if not already "in your backpack," you will complete the SVEB1 course and be trained internally as a SUVA-audited forklift instructor. You also have pronounced organizational skills, enjoy taking initiative, and work independently as well as effectively. You are also characterized by a high degree of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
