To realise our ambitious goals, we are looking for a personality as Assistant to Team/Mandate Manager (100%) at the Aarau location by arrangement.

Assistant to Team/Mandate Manager (100%)

Your tasks:

• Participation in the management of a property portfolio

• Management of the back office from A to Z

• Organisation of appointments

• Contact with tenants, owners, caretakers, and craftsmen

• Support for the Team/Mandate Manager (including minute-taking)

• Training of apprentices

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)

• Professional experience in property management desirable

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Confident command of German

• Strong organisational talent

• Good communication skills
