About the job

As a provider of labour market measures in the canton of Fribourg, we organise qualification programmes and training measures for job seekers. To strengthen our team in Guin, we are looking for a committed and independent individual for 1 January 2027 or by agreement as:

Trainer (m/f/d) Job Search Workshop 40-50%

Your field of activity

In this varied role, you support job seekers in their job search efforts. During individual interviews, you analyse their initial situation, advise them in preparing convincing and targeted application documents, develop job search strategies with them, and prepare them for job interviews.

You also assist them in the effective use of digital and IT tools necessary for their efforts. You work closely with the heads of internal workshops as well as with the placement service, within the framework of interdisciplinary exchanges.

Your profile

You have excellent IT skills, particularly in the practical use of MS Office – especially Word and Outlook – as well as great ease with digital tools commonly used in job searching.

You possess strong writing skills in French and are able to draft, correct, and optimise application documents precisely, clearly, and adapted to different professional profiles. You know how to convey your knowledge in a structured, patient manner tailored to the needs of each participant.

Experience in supporting job seekers, in human resources, recruitment, ORP counselling, or job coaching is an asset. We also welcome applications from individuals with relevant professional experience in a related field who wish to apply their skills to supporting people seeking employment.

You are interested in labour market developments and current recruitment practices. Empathetic, organised, and creative, you enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
