Job description:

In this role, you will take on a key position in the entire tendering and awarding process of our large projects. You independently, transparently, and punctually manage the tendering process and ensure that all documents are prepared flawlessly from a technical, legal, and economic perspective. You are responsible for scheduling tender deadlines, preparing the specifications, conducting tender discussions with contractors up to the awarding stage, thereby safeguarding the economic interests of the client.

You will work closely with project management, external architects and planners, and construction management. Additionally, you will provide occasional support to construction management during the implementation phase.

What we expect from you:

Education and experience as a construction manager, HF technician, construction economist, or comparable qualification

Solid experience in tendering and awarding procedures in Switzerland

Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high accuracy

Good communication skills and assertiveness

Experience in large projects and working with international teams

Very good IT skills with common construction industry tools (e.g., Messerli, MS Office, etc.)

Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
