Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d)

What to expect

As a Senior Scrum Master, you work closely with the teams and the business. You bring experience, clarity and commitment and actively shape collaboration in a complex environment. You get involved yourself, create orientation and help to move things forward.

What you achieve with us

You accompany two to three teams in the Empowerment service cluster and support them in their daily work to collaborate with focus. You recognise impediments early, address them openly and persist until viable solutions are found. You provide structure and clear guardrails and ensure that agreements are adhered to.

As a Servant Leader, you are a present contact person for the teams. You promote an open feedback and communication culture, address issues even when they are uncomfortable, and help the teams to take responsibility and implement decisions.

In collaboration with Product Owners, the service cluster leadership team and other stakeholders, you ensure transparency, commitment and factual, goal-oriented and effective coordination. The core of your role is the operational function with procedural responsibility and impact in daily business.

What you bring

• Several years of solid experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable operational Servant Leader role in a SAFe environment
• High seniority and life experience, combined with empathy, audience-appropriate communication and the ability to effectively engage with people even in conflict-laden or unclear situations
• Good understanding of large organisations, interplay of agile and line structures and complex dependencies
• Good IT knowledge
• Willingness to accompany two to three agile teams
• Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English skills
