As a host at reception, you are the business card of our client and ensure that visitors, customers, and employees are professionally looked after.
The shifts take place on Fridays and offer you a regular, predictable working day.

What to expect

• Warm and professional reception of visitors, customers, and partners
• You are the first point of contact for all enquiries on site, by phone, and email
• Ensuring smooth operations in the reception area during business hours
• You reliably and efficiently coordinate mail, courier, and delivery services
• Management of access authorisations, visitor badges, and relevant reception processes
• You support daily business with diverse administrative and organisational tasks

What you bring

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role
• You inspire with your strong service and customer orientation, independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• With your professional appearance and communication skills, you build trust
