Residential Group Management (Dementia Centre Foundation Rickenbach LU)

The Dementia Centre Foundation is an institution for people with dementia. Our services include holiday, day care, and long-term stay places. We particularly develop needs-oriented and innovative concepts for young people with dementia and support those affected as well as their relatives in all stages of the illness. The mission statement forms the basis for living together in the Dementia Centre.

These activities will inspire you

• You take on the professional and personnel management of a team of around 13 employees in a versatile residential group with day care, holiday, and long-term places
• Together with your team, you ensure the provision of high-quality care and support for our residents
• You organise the processes in the residential group and prepare the duty and holiday schedules
• You accompany, promote, and develop your employees
• You ensure the implementation of our concepts, standards, and quality requirements as well as complete care documentation
• You keep an eye on the residential group goals and the responsible use of available resources

Your profile

• Training as a qualified nurse HF
• At least 3-4 years of experience in the care and support of people with dementia
• Leadership experience and/or management training is an advantage
• Enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Sense of responsibility, organisational talent, and independent working style
• Very good German skills, good IT skills, and experience with RAI-LTCF are advantageous
