About the job
Competent advice and the satisfaction of our insured persons shape our daily actions. Contribute to ensuring that our insured persons in the German- and Western Switzerland receive their pension benefits on time and correctly upon retirement.
Support our insured persons with their questions regarding pension benefits of the 2nd pillar and become, immediately or by arrangement, our new proactive and team-oriented reinforcement as a Pension Benefits Administrator in the Pension and Survivors' Benefits Team (FR/DE).
Your role
- You check and process the benefit cases of our insured persons upon retirement (pensions/capital withdrawal).
- You verify the entitlement conditions, calculate the claim and pay out the benefits.
- You review the entitlement for ongoing pensions.
- You support our insured persons in French and German - by phone, in writing and, if necessary, also in person at the counter.
What convinces us
- You have a commercial apprenticeship qualification (E-/M-profile) as well as further professional experience (>2 years) in a comparable administrative role – BVG knowledge is an advantage.
- Your French is fluent (native language) and you can also support our insured persons in German (min. level B2 - spoken and written).
- You enjoy process-oriented as well as administrative work – your flair for numbers rounds off your profile.
- You think in networks, apply what you have learned purposefully and act independently and in a structured manner.
- You work precisely, are team-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
