What to expect from us
- You and your team are responsible for the smooth operation of Finnova and the VZ financial portal, including interfaces and surrounding systems.
- You handle incidents according to ITIL including root cause analysis, implement changes, independently carry out releases and coordinate tests.
- You proactively drive process optimisation and quality improvement and are not afraid of new technologies.
- You coordinate the specialist departments and external partners around run-the-bank topics.
- You accompany requirements from specification to productive operation.
What you bring with you
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or computer science
- Several years of experience in operating applications such as Finnova, e.g. as an application manager or banking expert
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL and data analysis
- High IT affinity and interest in financial services and processes
- You work independently, committed, customer-oriented and proactively contribute your own ideas
