YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle
• HR administration for around 50 employees
• Advising managers on HR and labour law matters
• Recruitment as well as onboarding and offboarding
• Support in conflict and exit interviews
• Participation in HR projects and process optimisations
• Payroll and correspondence with authorities

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed training, e.g. as a Swiss Federal HR specialist with federal certificate, personnel assistant
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Team player and solution-oriented, as well as a high degree of initiative
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
