The SVA Graubünden, with around 220 employees, is the competence centre for social insurances and guarantees expert execution of the tasks entrusted to it. For the implementation of our demanding service mandate, we are looking for proactive employees like you who work independently in direct customer contact and are willing to take on responsibility.
For the leadership of our ICT Operations team, we are seeking a committed and professionally skilled leader who combines technical understanding with pronounced leadership competence and business acumen. You ensure the secure operation and further development of the IT infrastructure of SVA Graubünden. You lead your team with foresight, ensure efficient processes, and actively contribute to the further development of procedures.
Responsibilities
- Professional, personnel and operational leadership of the ICT Operations team
- Ensuring the operational operation of the Windows client and server infrastructure
- Guaranteeing the internal programme operation as well as the availability of the IT infrastructure
- Responsibility for configuration and change management
- Further development of the existing IT infrastructure in the areas of clients, servers, network, databases, etc.
- Evaluation and introduction of innovative solutions to support digital advancement
- Coordination, control and supervision of external service providers
- Leadership and participation in projects within the area of responsibility
- Planning, prioritising and managing the tasks and resources within the team
- Responsibility for the efficient use of personnel and operating resources
- Investment planning, budget preparation and cost control
- Procurement of services and operating resources required for ICT operations as well as responsibility for contract management
- Implementation of the internal control system as well as risk and quality management
- Preparation of reports and decision-making bases
Requirements
- Completed IT education with a higher qualification in business informatics (HF/FH) and ideally additional advanced training in business administration (HF/FH)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in system operations and ICT system support
- Strong organisational skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- High service and customer orientation as well as good communication and integrative skills
- Resilience, decisiveness and assertiveness as well as interest in the further development of processes, procedures and technical solutions
