For our Zurich Europaallee branch, we are looking for a Co-Team Leader Customer Service 60 - 100 % starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. In a team of three leaders, you will take on the role of co-team leader. Together, you will lead the approximately 15-member customer service team in our largest branch at Europaallee in Zurich. All team members share the same goal: to provide our customers with the best customer service for their questions and concerns. Are you interested in a varied position full-time or part-time? - Taking responsibility for the team and supporting team members both personally and professionally. This matters to you.
- Creating a positive customer experience and actively participating in day-to-day operations both at the front and in the back office (about 50% of the workload). That’s you.
- Networking with the team, internal interfaces, and suppliers. Your thing.

THIS IS YOU
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in retail and/or customer service. Evident in your profile.
- Enjoying encounters with people and contact with our customers in Zurich. These are your priorities.
- Developing employees and providing targeted support. This is necessary.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in common MS programmes. Of course.
- Assuming a role model function and living the company philosophy. You are used to this.
- Your environment describes you as communicative, resilient, and solution-oriented. Definitely.
