Head of Operations

In this role, you bear overall responsibility for the operational processes at the Siders site (production, logistics, technology, infrastructure, and projects). You ensure smooth customer supply in line with a "just in time" approach and guarantee the highest level of punctuality. You initiate and lead projects for continuous improvement and process optimisation – especially in logistics and in the processing of workwear and flat linen – with the aim of sustainably increasing operational performance and customer satisfaction. Together with your team, you ensure smooth collaboration and coordination between the various departments. You achieve the defined goals regarding productivity, costs, quality, and punctuality (KPIs). Furthermore, you ensure an efficient, market-oriented organisational structure and workflow and develop your employees in a trusting environment – in line with Bardusch’s values.

You have a technical basic education (metal, textile, electrical, or mechanical engineering) and ideally have further training in project and process management. Knowledge of Lean Management is a prerequisite. You bring several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment and have proven your ability to successfully implement projects – including in change and transformation processes. You convince through your structured, analytical, and at the same time entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting. As a leader, you motivate your employees, set impulses, and credibly embody the company’s values. Thanks to your organisational strength, you keep an overview even in demanding situations and contribute operationally if necessary. You communicate confidently in French and ideally have good knowledge of German.
