Welcoming Isabelle and advising her on her daily banking operations, advising Mehdi on the services available to facilitate his payments, or supporting Sarah in opening a youth savings account for her son… Every day you welcome, guide and advise customers to best meet their needs and simplify their banking experience.
You join a welcoming, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognised among our advisors.
Specifically, you will be expected to:
· Ensure a warm and professional welcome to customers
· Assist customers in managing routine banking operations and develop their autonomy by promoting digital services to guarantee a smooth and satisfying experience.
· Offer advice by recommending products and services tailored to each customer's needs (savings accounts, cards, remote banking…) which will gradually allow you to build a portfolio of individual clients
· Analyse your clients' financial situation and the risks associated with the operations and investments you propose
· Participate in promotional campaigns and take on commercial challenges

You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in banking, finance, or commerce.
Your initial professional experiences have revealed your taste for customer relations and you wish to develop your commercial sense.
