Specialist CAM & Manufacturing Optimisation 80-100% (m/f/d)
What you can achieve with us
- You ensure process-reliable and efficient CNC programming with Mastercam while guaranteeing high quality in implementation.
- You co-design our CAM manufacturing expertise and implement the future CAM strategy.
- You develop and establish CAM standards, programming methodology, as well as digital tool and process data structures.
- You identify optimisation, digitalisation, and automation potentials in manufacturing and actively drive their implementation forward.
- You systematically build CAM competencies within the company, train employees, and actively contribute to securing and further developing manufacturing knowledge.
- You ensure master data maintenance in CAM/MES-Fastems and make sure that CNC programmes, tools, clamping devices, and other manufacturing data are kept up to date and accurate.
- You actively participate in project groups around MES, digitalisation, and investments.
Why you will succeed
- You have a technical basic education in the machining environment, ideally as a polymechanic, and have further training at HF level or a Bachelor FH – preferably in process engineering, production technology, or mechanical engineering.
- You possess sound expertise in CNC machining, are a CAM specialist (Mastercam advantageous), and have initial experience with Fanuc CNC controls.
- You have experience with manufacturing execution systems and ERP systems as well as in digitalisation projects and automation.
- You convince with strong coordination and communication skills, are committed, resilient, and work independently and in a structured manner.
- You have good German skills and English skills at B2 level.
